I stumbled upon this pair entirely by chance while scouring online marketplaces for a unique, beautiful sneaker that would complement denim perfectly, rather than just another common pair sitting in the shoe rack.

My very first impression was a pure shock—it looked distorted as if submerged in mud and turned completely yellowish-brown. I thought to myself, "Even for Golden Goose, famous for its dirty washing, isn't this taking it way too far?"



However, the moment I zoomed in on the screen to inspect the details, I realized it wasn't stains or excessive dirty washing, but a 'cork printing detail.' This intricate printing technique represents a premium level of craftsmanship, and since I personally collect unique items featuring detailed printing, it was more than enough to heavily trigger my desire to own it.

Perhaps because this unique aesthetic departs from mainstream tastes, the price point was incredibly attractive despite the item being in excellent condition with minimal wears. The seller had also placed it neatly in storage after purchasing it brand-new, stating that "it was simply too vintage to easily style," before eventually listing it.
