[Lislab] 20 Records: On Things That Gain Value with Time

Hello, this is Lislab.

With this post, Lislab marks its 20th entry.

To some, it may be just 20 posts. But for me, this has been a rigorous process of selecting and proving "items that will age alongside me," going far beyond a simple product introduction.

01. Items Walking the Trajectory of Time Together

'A.P.C. Petit New Standard' the very first item introduced by Lislab, is one I am particularly fond of lately. I’ve worn these jeans in over 90% of all my posts, recording the trajectory of my daily life from the closest distance possible. (In fact, I am wearing them even at this very moment as I write this.)

Through the posts on my three-year companion, the 'Fullcount 1101' and my daily partner, the 'Traveler's Notebook' I’ve gained the conviction that there are many people out there who share the same "wavelength" as me.

While every item is precious to me, I believe the interest and empathy from each and every one of you—more than hundreds of views—is what has built Lislab into what it is today.

02. Value Proven by Records

Here are the honeycombs of my A.P.C. jeans, which have aged alongside the growth of this blog, and a pair of RRL denim that I haven't officially introduced to you yet.

Trends change with every season, but these creases I’ve recorded only grow more refined as time passes.

The 'Catchball M-01 Sneakers' uploaded yesterday are still showing off their crisp, stiff texture. However, in a few months or years, they will surely bear my unique marks, just like these denims. I believe that introducing items whose "process of change" can be recorded, and sharing that journey with you, is the true identity of Lislab.

Closing: The Value of Being Together

I will continue to ignore brand logos, price tags, or fleeting trends. Instead, I will persistently record true heritage items that can answer the question: "Can this stay with us for a long time?"
